I was told by the Kloud representative that it would take away the pain I had in my neck from arthritis. My neck had a pinched nerve and was painful all the time. I also had neuropathy in my legs and feet. I used the Kloud for over a month and it made everything more painful. Also started my legs burning that kept me awake all night long. I tried to return it and since it was past the 30 days, the company wouldn't take it back. The mats are extremely expensive and this company does not stand by their product. I would not recommend them!
