I had to call HostPapa three times to resolve the problem with my website. After I moved the name servers to the correct ports, the website still would not open.
I called a third time and asked them to correct the problem. It was finally resolved.
Naithan was helpful beyond his protocol and because of his diligence the major problem of my website not updating has been resolved. A further issue of not being able to locate the correct directory using either Core ftp or FileZilla has not yet been resolved but will be attended to once both softwares have been updated.
Naithan was very cheerful and easy to relate to.

He patiently walked me through accessing my account through mail.papamail.net and the next steps. Then he assisted in setting up my email on my apple computer .
