I accidentally ordered the wrong necklace for my daughter and reached out immediately. They responded the next day, asking for a quick reply to stop dispatch, which I did, but they didn’t get back to me for three days, by which time the necklace had already been sent! I emailed them expressing my disappointment, but they didn’t respond. Very poor customer service and I'm now stuck with something we don’t want.
The jewellery is beautiful and I've shopped online many times over the years. However, the service at the local store today was disappointing. We waited around 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff, who were busy serving another customer. When I approached, we were dismissed for new arrivals. I will continue to shop online but won’t return to the store.
I'm very disappointed that my daughter’s favorite ring, hardly worn, had a stone fall out. She can't wear it for her formal or 18th birthday. They offered to repair it, but at my expense. Surely a ring should last more than six months.
