The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service. I'm not sure why anyone still banks there. They wouldn't honor a POA on my mom's account and I couldn't withdraw funds to pay for her funeral.

Have no idea what they are doing

Was working with them to get a VA loan, they keep having me re-do and provide information and socks that we had already given them. They were trying to get us to take out a conventional Mortgage, the loan person did not know what she was doing, it’s was like we were her 1st VA or any customer she was doing a mortgage for, wasn’t like 2 months of our time. We ended up going with another bank and it was so simple and Laos out for us. We ended up closing all our accounts with Artist.
