Arvest bank couldn't care less about their depositors.

This is the poorest excuse for customer service I have ever had.I attempted to sent Christmas money to 2 family members through Zelle and they restricted my account, I called the number the message said to call and customer service said fraud department had to release the restriction on my account. She said please hold I will transfer you to the fraud department. I sat on hold for over an hour before I finally hung up.They could care less about your money in their bank and basilly tell you to bad. To be fair I walk into the branch and get exelent service from the local bank personal. I am possitive on the other hand if my my name was Walton I would be treated like a king opposed to a peaseant subject the customer service say go ahead and move your account, therefore I will be researching another finacial instutition to move my deposits to even thought the branch folks value my business, it is hard to justify the culture of the bank above the branch. I also whitnessed them refusing to help their on bank employee when he told them I was an important person to the branch.

ALWAYS A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

I love ARVEST. I have been banking with them for several years and each time whether it is in person, in the drive through or over the phone, I always have an excellent customer experience at all of the Arvest locations that I have used, mainly 15th and Utica in Tulsa. When I have to call, I have never had a long wait and I talk to a real person (LOVE THAT!) I hope they continue the great service they provide.

Spoke with Customer service about a…

Spoke with Customer service about a large deposited check. Her name was Cassandra. Zero Help. They have a check on hold due to suspected fraud. I have deposited checks from my employer many of times to Arvest bank and it hasn't happened until now. Now they are saying the suspect it is a bad check. I won't use Arvest Again after this. The check is good with Millions of dollars behind it.

Arvest slap stole my money

Arvest slap stole my money. I open an account 3weeks later my account is locked and they can’t tell me why. And asked if I can go get my money they say yes. I get there and they said they cut a check and sent it off in mail. To place which I no longer live 500mi away. And it would be 90 days before they can cut new check. Lairs and theives. I’ll not forget the smirking smile on bank mangers face as she didn’t care about my pain she caused I call main branch they say yea come on to another branch and you’ll straighten out. Get there nope. That one laughed at me. What a no good institution. It’s really no wonder americas banks are failing. What can I do but write this complaint. If said I’ll rob them. I go to prison. They slap heisted me.

Arvest closed my account without a peep & I'm 2000 miles away, penniless.

Arvest closed my account without a warning or hint & it's a personal disaster of epic proportions. I found out by accident & can only beg my friends for help to get back to the US from Mexico. Why is Arvest doing this? I could write a book about the last month, but the upshot is, their reps. have spent 50+ hours on the phone with me trying to send a wire transfer that Arvest doesn't want sent. Reps didn't know that, I didn't know that, so we kept trying. I was told by Heather, Hannah, Michael, Alex, Brandon, Billy Audrey, Ashley & MANY MORE that they were going to work it out. But. Even though Arvest's own senior rep told me on a recorded call - "I KNOW IT'S YOU". Even though My daughter is on my account - different reps told me yes, they could see that, she wasn't allowed to wire it for me at the branch, either. Even when, AT THE BANK'S SUGGESTION, daughter went in and opened her own account so I could transfer the money to her account & she could send it... NO!Many other antics suggested by staff, weeks on the phone & then Arvest cut me off without a word. A coward named Hunter said that, in more than a month (!) they'll be mailing a cheque to my address in the US. 2,045 miles away from where I am now. That'll be a big help. They told me our "relationship" wasn't "mutually beneficial". I felt like someone threw a cooler of ice water over me. Talk about getting real. I hung up because I couldn't rationally respond to a mindless automaton of a soul-less jackal. Lastly: I strongly believe that reviews on this site from the following accounts are all fake. They use the same shallow verbiage, relate no first hand experiences, use lots of emojis, are all 5 star reviews & all but one account has only 1 review. Because you how dumb we all are, right? Those dad-burned fancy bankers outsmarted us again! FAKES w/ really convincing posting dates:David 9/11/23Graynick 9/11/23Bhop 9/10/23Chris 9/11/23Bravedrip 9/11/23John 9/11/23Samkindy 9/11/23

4-29-2024 Monday

4-29-2024 MondayI found out last week that my arvest debit card info has been stolen and over the past couple of months, hundreds of dollars has been debited out of my checking account. I found out when I tried using my debit card for the first time in a week or so, and my account had only 30 bucks in it. Mind you, Arvest Fraud Division did not catch it. I realized it. My Social Security check was gone. I am on a fixed income. I went to my local branch and had them print out my transactions back to Feb. 12. Holy cow. Money paid multiple times to the Taylor Michigan School District, money for a Kids Day Cruise on the Great Salt Lake, Apple Bill, Etsy, Walmart.Com, all places I have never used for anything. Tomorrow I go back to my branch to dig further back. Here is the real kicker. Arvest never noticed a thing. I called this them evening (Fraud line) for an update, and was sent to "dispute division". The woman on the line was, BAR NONE, the absolute worst experience you could imagine from a human being, much less one working customer service... she was yelling, arguing, and sounding like some crack head in a street brawl. UNBELIEVEABLE. I recorded the call. Tomorrow, I go back to my bank, and then I am driving the two hours to Lowell, Arkansas to their headquarters to hand deliver a copy of that phone call. I owned a Service Company for 38 years. I know good service. Arvest does not. As soon as I get a new account set up for my SS direct deposit, Arvest will be in my rear view mirror. And good riddance. They do not deserve even one ster. ZERO STARSP. S. There is never any excuse for customer service employees to behave that way. My apologies for the long rant.

Two FDIC complaints and now a small…

Two FDIC complaints and now a small claims court suit to get my money back. USAA kept drafting, and Arvest simply refused to stop it. When they sold some branches to FNBC, I happened to call them, and they started an investigation. Arvest credited the first and last payment but left out the year in the middle. When I filed the first FDIC complaint, they returned an $89 charge but still tried to ignore the USAA issues. So, I filed again and confronted them. They gave the same excuse they did when I originally complained, saying I waited too late, which was untrue as I had been complaining from the beginning. So now, it's on to small claims court. This institution used to be good, but it's owned by the Waltons now and has become predatory. The branches that FNBC bought were a joy to work with while they were within the system, but Arvest suppressed them. It seems it's time to move on.

Review of Arrest Wealth Management

Review of Arrest Wealth Management: Deceptive Practices and Exploitative TacticsOur family’s experience with Arrest Wealth Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. Following the passing of our father, my sisters and I, all of whom were listed as beneficiaries on his account, were forced to navigate a series of unscrupulous and exploitative tactics employed by this firm.Upon our father’s death, instead of a straightforward transfer of funds, Arrest Wealth Management insisted that each of us open separate brokerage accounts. This unnecessary step was clearly designed to generate additional fees for the firm. We were subjected to exorbitant trading fees simply to access the inheritance that rightfully belonged to us. This tactic is a blatant attempt to siphon money from grieving families at their most vulnerable moments. What’s worse, the firm repeatedly tried to coerce us into leaving our funds within their management, despite our explicit desires to withdraw the money. The pressure and manipulation we faced were both unprofessional and unethical. We were given misleading information about the process and faced significant delays, all of which seemed calculated to benefit the firm financially at our expense.Arrest Wealth Management’s behavior has been appalling, characterized by a lack of transparency and a blatant disregard for the rights of beneficiaries. Their practices are predatory, and they appear to prioritize their profit over the well-being and rights of their clients.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and seek a firm with integrity and a genuine commitment to ethical practices. Our ordeal should serve as a cautionary tale for others. In summary, our interaction with Arrest Wealth Management and adviser JG has been deeply distressing and financially damaging. We hope our experience will prevent others from falling victim to their exploitative practices.
