This service feels like a scam.
I booked a roadworthy inspection on 03/02 and was told to fix two issues, which I did. I rebooked within the 14-day free recheck period and was told on the phone that the fee would be $50.
When I arrived, they suddenly demanded $150, the same price as a full inspection. This was never disclosed to me beforehand.
This is misleading, dishonest and a waste of time and money. I would not trust this service and I do not recommend it.

Completely unacceptable experience. I scheduled an inspection and had a date confirmed, only to get a message the day prior stating that the appointment was moved to a week later or I could pay an extra $88 to retain my original time. Deceptive practices. Avoid at all costs.
The service caused months of delays and unexpected costs due to administrative mistakes and poor communication. After repairs were finished, I was informed the vehicle had passed inspection and the certificate would be emailed, but it never arrived. When I checked before my trip, I was told the certificate had 'expired' and I would need to pay for another inspection. I was assured that rescheduling would not cause issues, but upon my return, the mechanic failed the vehicle on repairs I had already paid for. Their excuse for the failure does not account for the missing certificate or the failed repairs. Management refused to engage and only offered a small discount. I've escalated to the relevant consumer protection agency.
Avoid this service. They charge a high inspection fee and cannot provide a time slot for when the inspection will occur. You end up waiting all day. Their business model seems to involve failing vehicles to charge an additional reinspection fee, which they only mention when a reinspection is needed. You'll have to wait all day again. Misleading and dishonest. Another service charges less and includes reinspection.

Management refused direct engagement and only offered a nominal discount. I have taken this to the relevant consumer protection agency.
These individuals are scammers. They take your money without providing the service. I paid upfront and they didn't show up. When they finally did come the next day, they ignored the instructions I provided. As I left, I noticed gas leaking from my car. When I reported it, they claimed my car was already smoking and had video evidence, which they couldn't provide. No refund offered—clearly dishonest.
This service is a scam. I paid for a roadworthy inspection on my caravan without being present. They failed it for alleged issues that aren't even required for a roadworthy. A mechanic later showed me that there was no problem. I doubt they even inspected the caravan. Save your time and money.
If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would. I was charged $275 for an assessment and re-gas without any actual work being done. The inspection took only about 10 minutes. They referred me to a third-party mechanic and then charged me again for re-gas, despite having already paid for it. The phone support was unhelpful and offered no customer service. Their operating hours are also very limited.
