Best customer service ever! I was waiting on something that was back ordered. He kept me up-to-date on everything the whole way. Then the product came damaged and he sent me a replacement without even asking! I just don’t do customer service like this anymore!
This business owner's support was beyond stellar. I needed a part for a truck bed extender that was proving difficult to find anywhere. They had the part for order, and although it was backordered by the mfctr, they gave me the option to cancel if I was unwilling to wait, communicated with me every step of the way to set expectations on delivery time, and followed through on tracking the order to ensure it was delivered. Never once was I left in the dark and the response time to my communications was phenomenal. I ordered a car top carrier. It was shipped very promptly. We did have some issues with the mounting brackets but they resolve the issue pretty quickly and it's mounted securely on my car now. He always responded very quickly to any of my questions or messages.
