From homeless to a long term, first time (ever) tenant!

From expressing an interest in my flat in early August 2023, to becoming a tenant and then being allocated a property manager, my experience of Ascend properties has been very positive. As a first time tenant, I was gently guided by Ascend through all the things I needed to do and information I needed to provide. As I took over the tenancy, I was well supported and any subsequent issues have been swiftly considered and resolutions sought, with any delays being due to 3rd party contractors. 30 months later, I remain a very happy and content tenant and look forward to signing my 4th tenancy in the not too distant future. I would highly recommend using Ascend properties.
