Nico was informative, helpful, friendly and communicative at (and between) our appointments when coordinating everything to submit the mortgage application. Following that being sent, Molly was great and kept me up to date regularly with its progress. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

I was completely out of my depth when looking at all the information being a FTB ,a friend suggested i contact 1st mortgage, omg i was not disappointed! From our first meeting with Stephanie she made us so comfortable about the process,she was so caring and very knowledgeable ,explained everything in a way i could understand and process ,once our application was live we were passed to molly ,i cant thank her enough for keeping me calm she provided the right amount of reassurance my impatient brain needed ,every email I sent to both ladies was replied to Swiftly , thanks to the help and guidance we recieved, my husband and i secured our mortgage in record time! Id highly recommend first mortgage to any of my family and friends ,we have no plans to ever move but if we did we would be contacting first mortgage

Great service from First Mortgage as a first time buyer with Julia and Keiren. Buying a first property can be daunting but their advice and knowledge helped massively and the whole application process was made incredibly simple. Completely fee free too which is a huge bonus with the expenses of buying a house. Won't hesitate to use again if and when it comes to remortgaging.
