Review Time
Not sure what is going on with my order. Purolator tracking says "delivered" but only a partial order came with a report from Purolator about damage...only 21 cans delivered, and the rest disposed of? Disappointed...Can you please explain?
Its been 2 weeks since I placed my order and still haven't received my drinks. Yesterday I got an update on my tracking link indicating the shipment had been disposed of due to damaged product, with the disposal being authorized by upside drinks.
I had to reach out to them in the AM before they opened to ask what is happening and if a replacement order has been issued. They responded at 10am indicating they would reach out to Purolator to get details regarding what happened then follow up. Now they're closed for the weekend, I have no response and even if they get back to me by Monday I will likely have to wait another 2 weeks to have my shipment arrive, almost a month! In an environment where most cross Canada shipping is completed within 5 days that is wild to me.
For a company that is essentially a shipping a logistics company, considering they have no brick and mortar, my experience has been thoroughly unimpressive. Either their packaging has failed or it was not handled properly, but even if it was damaged resulting from improper Purolator handling the shipping times themselves are absurd.

Everything we received was frozen solid with spillage. A bottle of wine actually had no cover all spilled. Several cans about 8 were so frozen they also spilled. The rest were just frozen.Up to this I had received great customer service to get my order placed.
Positives: Great website, easy to navigate and order. Quick delivery. Proper packaging. nice looking bottles.Negative: the whisky was terrible. it did not even remotely taste like whiskey at all.it would be good to have taster pack to sample the offerings. there may be better ones that i am not aware of, but it is not practical to guess and pay full price only to find the drink is awful.
Product was ordered on Jan14th 2026 (order # 122169) Product has not yet been received and I have no idea when it will be delivered. Unfortunately, If it does get delivered (after Jan 30th) there will be no one home to accept the package and due to the cold weather the product will likely freeze or perish.
