Great communication, helpful bulk buy deals, and reliable delivery. I always know exactly when to expect the delivery, so I can prepare accordingly. The logs, firelighters, kindling, and briquettes are all top-notch. While they require careful storage, they create a delightful fire quickly and are easy to handle. Very satisfied customer here.
