This is a dreadful place to work. It used to be decent until new management took over, leading to a significant decline. Pay is not based on experience; rather, it depends on personal connections and favoritism, which is blatant and unhidden. Complaints do not remain confidential, as they quickly reach management, making HR's role ineffective. The turnover rate is alarming, with minimal support provided. They impose pressure without recognizing your efforts, but are quick to criticize mistakes. The environment fosters a lackluster attitude, where there's no motivation to excel or gain more experience, as a newcomer can earn the same or even more than long-term employees. The pay structure is so poor that it drives away experienced staff. The only silver lining is the camaraderie among the factory workers, who are generally great, but that may soon change as many are considering leaving due to the poor management.
Communication is inconsistent. The estimating process lacks clarity. We paid over $800 just for a technician to diagnose the issue, but never received an estimate for the repair, only to find out later there would be an additional charge of around $4,000. A customer service representative claimed we had a "signed estimate," but we received nothing. We decided to end our relationship and seek alternatives. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

The pricing from this company is outrageous. Simple black covers for locks cost over $20 each (including tax and shipping). A plastics manufacturer could easily create a similar product at a better value. It seems this company is heading for trouble, and I'm eager to see that day.
