I contacted Home Title Lock on Tuesday, October 7th & spoke with Christina. I had clarifying questions about some items that appeared on my profile and also about a few negative reviews that surfaced about Home Title Lock . Christina’s knowledge was evident in her explanation about how Home Title Lock protects the customer’s deed. She was transparent and clear & I appreciated the time taken for the thorough explanation.
OK listen, these guys are pushing fear - you can check the status of your title for free through your county, and they know it. The "free" title check is BS, not free. I signed up for the subscription; when I went to cancel, they tried to push more fear and when I resisted and insisted on canceling, they literally hung up on me.Unprofessional, nasty fear culture, typical of today's greedy America. AVOID and do it yourself - you can.
I received an E-mail from Home Title Lock yesterday 9/10/2025. This was my 7th Alert and I contacted your service department this morning. Your representative Jamie answered right away and was able to help me to understand what each Alert was describing. In addition, she sent me a copy of a re-record of Warranty Deed for the property. I have been a member since June of 2023. As a Realtor, I have recommended Title Lock and recently convinced my Sister Vivian to join and be able to protect her home. Thank You, James J Gunther
