This is the 2nd time we have renewed our 6 business electricity supplies through Assured Energy and we would highly recommend. They make the process simple and pick up any issues quickly (like current suppliers preventing the switch), taking the hard work out of the process. Unlike some other brokers, they don't feel the need to keep you on the phone for hours on end eitherm which is pet hate of mine.
Big shoutout to Assured Energy — specifically Damien (and Jason lurking in the background somewhere). I usually handle my own electricity deals because, let’s be honest, brokers can feel like those people who talks a lot but not getting anywhere... But Damien? Different breed. Somehow, he managed to make sorting an electricity contract feel… dare I say… pleasant. He actually remembered my name (miracle), my business issues (another miracle), and gave me direct contact so I didn’t have to repeat myself a hundred times. The man deserves a medal for patience and professionalism — or at least a pint.Jason also deserves a mention, though Damien clearly did all the hard work.Overall, a truly remarkable experience — and yes, I’m talking about buying electricity. Who knew that could ever make me smile?Definitely, recommend Damien and Jason at Assured Energy. If anything changes , I’ll let you know. :)
Was a little bit wary of using Assured Energy at first as I have usually tried sourcing my own electricity contract. However, this is a long and laborious task so I decided to give Assured Energy a try. It has been super easy and Chris has been on hand to give me advice when he could and yet ultimately let me make my own mind up about which supplier to use going forward. I have just signed a 3 year contract and am very happy with the rates he has secured for me. Also nice to have a happy and friendly voice on the other side of the phone, it makes the experience even more personal. Thank you Chris!
