Terrible service.
It may be cheap but if you need any assistance then you should find another source. All communication is via their asynchronous Chat. You never get the same person and they do not read the thread so you have to start the conversation over. It takes 24 hours between communications with no progress. They ask you to upload photos but the chat does not allow. After three weeks of back and forth I have finally given up. The value is just not there!
I made an appointment with GoodRx as I currently do not have a primary care doctor. I spoke to a NP out of California that refused to refill my inhaler prescription unless I paid them an additional $50 because that "wasn't what the appointment was for". The whole point of the appointment was to have my inhaler and BP meds refilled and she absolutely refused to refill my inhaler. I guess she doesn't know asthma can be life threatening. I also had to take a picture of my inhaler prior to the appointment so for her to insinuate that it was not important and did not need to be refilled is outrageous. She also informed me that my previous PCP was a bad doctor and did not practice good medicine because my PCP does things differently than the way she would. News flash you're not a DOCTOR. Save your money and take your business to a REAL doctor.
I have been trying to contact customer support for two straight days to cancel my appointment and request a full refund, but I keep receiving copy-and-paste responses that do not even address my questions. It feels like no one is actually reading my messages.
This situation is not consistent with the promises stated on your website. Because of your slow and unhelpful responses, I lost time and money, and now I cannot even go to urgent care when I am seriously sick.
For three days, I have been stuck with:
No proper response
No doctor contact
No refund
No real support
Instead of resolving the issue, support keeps sending the same generic message asking if I have more questions, without answering the ones I already asked.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, stressful, and disappointing. At this point, it feels misleading and unfair to customers. I strongly warn others to be cautious.
First and foremost, if you’re looking to obtain your prescriptions without a doctor's visit and pick them up at a pharmacy, this service effectively works. However, I encountered significant frustration because my local pharmacy isn’t accepted by the platform. Instead of spending $29, I ended up paying $71, and the support team was not particularly helpful. I paid the $71 and left. I could have transferred my prescription to a different pharmacy, but given my rural location, it wasn’t worth the drive. The platform could improve by preventing the selection of pharmacies outside their network, which shouldn’t be too difficult.
It’s user friendly! Helpful when you don’t have traditional full medical insurance! However, sometimes the discount cards don’t work at the pharmacy. They need to ensure better accuracy and guarantee the prices they show in the app will always work.
Terrible service Terrible wait times they'll literally call u back 2 days after u make the appointment at 245am 😆 don't do it ppl 😒 n said I missed appointment canceled so now a month till I get the money back and they talked me into buying the gold don't do it most pharmacys refuse it lol
