Triumph through Adversity

I ordered 30 custom T-shirts for a family member’s 65th birthday, and while a good portion of the order was great, several shirts had flaws or problems. However the staff and customer service of BlueCotton was excellent, and helped me to resolve it quickly. It’s this kind of response and resolution efforts that make me want to do business with BlueCotton again, as it’s easy to earn a good review when things go right, but hard to earn when resolving problems. BlueCotton earned it. I will definitely do business with them in the future!
