We booked our trip to Vietnam through this service, and despite not having used them before, I was impressed by their attention to detail and professionalism in managing our flights, hotels, and golf bookings. They provided hotel options and allowed us to make adjustments as needed, reconfirmed our golf bookings, and adapted our tour due to a prior injury. The highlight was getting six of us upgraded to business class from premium economy due to seating issues with the airline.
Everything went smoothly during our trip. The hotel and golf arrangements were excellent, and any questions I had were promptly addressed by the representative and their team. The only downside was the Vin Pearl golf course, where carts weren't allowed on the fairways. However, the Vietnamese people were wonderful, and the hotel staff at Rivertown were superb.
