Review Time
I've got an issue with my server, it was rolling back a few times and our progress for 2-3 days was gone, after writing a ticket in discord to customer support service i've got ignored for 3 days and after that my ticket was simply deleted.
I don't understand why there are so many 1 star reviews, this is literally a COMPLETELY FREE server host and people expect that it has the same things as a 30€ one, wich I personally think it has. The experience is perfect and fluid unless you put a 400 mod mod-pack in it, although it isn't a problem if you do the "add ram on my server" thing. 10/10.
Awful. Never ever ever use this. I had my own forever world in which I asked my friend to join, he told me to continue using a server here because he hated using LAN. *YEARS of building* later our jobs got in the way and we didn’t play for a while only to come back with the message that everything had been deleted because we were inactive for a while
