Very frustrating resurfacing service experience

I sent a batch of discs for resurfacing a month ago and have not received any updates. I've emailed them twice and tried their chat support without any replies. This has been the most frustrating customer service experience I've encountered, and I am now just hoping to get my items back along with a refund.

Disappointing experience with my purchase

I bought a copy of a game and paid $55 plus $10 for delivery. The case arrived broken and was covered in what appeared to be animal waste. I tried contacting the seller, but their phone lines were disconnected. I called another location, and they were at a loss for how to help, suggesting I call back or visit in person, which is difficult for me. Paying a premium for games and receiving them in such poor condition is unacceptable.

Highly recommend for accessories!

My item arrived within 3 days of ordering. I purchased a used memory card, and it was packaged securely. I have no complaints about the product.

Unacceptable offers for game sales

I have sold many games to them before and usually received 60-70% of market value. However, when I tried to sell more recently, they only offered 20-30%. This is completely unacceptable.

Quick processing and shipping!

The order processing and shipping were very fast, and I received my item in 4 days. I deducted a star because the item page stated it was the local version, but I received a European copy. The game was in perfect condition and still in the original shrink wrap.

Very poor customer service experience

I ordered a disc repair service and requested an address to send my damaged disc. After several days of no response, I was told they would get back to me soon, but I never received an address. After multiple attempts to contact them, I had to initiate a chargeback. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

Frustrating experience with high prices

I have given the company several chances, but I can no longer support them due to their excessively high prices for games. The customer service is mediocre at best. They sent me the wrong product; I ordered a boxed console and received a loose one despite paying an additional fee. The games are usually in decent condition, but I expect that from a retro game seller. It would be wiser to purchase a game refurbisher and shop for better prices elsewhere.

Mixed experience with customer service

In mid-2023, I had an issue with an order that was eventually resolved. Initially, I didn't plan to leave a review but decided to share my experience. I bought a device that was faulty and dirty upon arrival. I struggled to get in touch with the support team, but eventually managed to contact them through social media. They sent a return label, and after some back and forth, I received a replacement. Although the replacement worked, the difficulty in communication was concerning.
