Scammers please avoide them . On cancellation they keep almost of my deposit . , on several time e mails they didn't provide me written break down of charges but after 2 months still didnt pay back refund , I can personally show proof if some one need , totaly scammers , they have only one lady there who is handling everything just read e mails and reviews or complaints she is writing everything they dnt have any other staff . Please who ever they scam we all have to contact each other and submit complaint to financial ombudsman, please contact with me and we all can submit evidence and complaint against XYZ insurance on government level , I have launched complaint against them on financial ombudsman already please let me know if some else launched complaint against XYZ insurance?

My policy was purchased on 08-12-2025, the telematic device arrived on 11-12-2025, and I submitted my cancellation notice on 12-12-2025. I need confirmation that you received my handwritten cancellation email. Additionally, why was my cancellation processed on 15-12-2025? Please clarify where in your policy documents it states the cancellation terms, especially if your offices are closed. I have asked multiple times for proof that taxi or commercial insurance does not have a cooling-off period. I am willing to share evidence, including emails and recorded calls, to support my claims. Until you provide a full breakdown of charges and return my deposit, it raises serious concerns about your practices. Please clarify how you justify keeping my £550 deposit for just one day's coverage of commercial insurance. I believe this information is crucial for anyone considering purchasing a policy with you.
