On February 1, 2026, when a 25 percent discount was offered at Finale25, I wanted to buy 3 items, but due to a system error I couldn't pay. The next day I wrote to the customer service team, who couldn't pay, maybe they could give me the same discount, due to an error in their system. But they didn't give it, it's a shame that they have such an attitude towards customers.

I have ordered on Miinto.fr for my first time a AMI scarf of GREY color for a Christmas gift for my wife and when she opened the bag the scarf was PINK color. From all my experiences on many websites for clothes, this is first time I received a wrong order. And that was my first purchase on Miinto, probably the last one. The worst is that Miinto will deduct 9 EUR from payback for return fees while Miinto is responsible for the mistake. This is a real shame.
Miinto offers nice products, and regular discounts!I have brought many items and always satisfied. Sometimes it does not fit but customers support team is always availableI can only say that sometimes returns delay treatment can be long, but it does very much depend also on their partners.

My merchandise was supposed to arrive within 6 days, and the UPS tracking showed that it was being delivered on September 11th, but it didn’t get delivered, it was held up in my town somewhere not available for a pick up. I contacted Miinto, they reassured me that they will reach out to the UPS and solve the problem. Next day the UPS showed the same message - Unavailable for pickup, but the date was moved to the next day. Miinto never tried to solve the problem. If UPS is the problem, why does Miinto work with an unreliable delivery company? I still have not received my order. I hope someone from Miinto will reach out to me soon.
