Horrible customer service experience. I was waiting for a delivery since Monday that kept getting pushed back so I called fed ex on Thursday to find out whats the issue and they told me the address was bad and they need shipper to confirm. So I called atob to let them know but instead of doing his job to even reach out and see if it's true he keeps telling me it only been 7 days and I have to wait 3 more days for fed ex to ship my cards like this is my first package through fed ex. I tried to tell them fed ex doesn't work like that and I spoke to them and they told me what the issue is so now he lies and say the same thing happened to him 3 to 4 times. Even asked to speak to manager and didn't transfer me or anything. So now I track package again and it's been sent back to sender because No one confirmed shipping address. Now I have to wait another 4 days to it get back to sender to go through the whole delivery process again. Super annoyed. If you have different gas card company go with them. Stay away from atob
AtoB agents helped me setup a prepay fuel account which has benefited my trucking company in so many ways. Our trucks are o r he other side of the state so fueling using AtoB cards is the best option. I can also monitor spending and pull transaction reports for my tax returns.
One of the best fuel cards out there no comparison to some of my past experiences.They’re after hours staff are truly a help and you can get them even on holidays.I f you need a fuel card A to b is definitely the way to go!!!!!
Honestly, the card was good at first, but if you change your payment methods or miss your payment date by one day, then it all goes downhill from there. Customer service is horrible, and no one speaks a lick of English. They lower your credit line for absolutely no reason, or you'll receive an email stating, "Your revenue doesn't match your application." The truth is, my revenue has increased by double since starting with this company. I would not recommend this company for any transportation business.
