The employees were very helpful especially sandy and Jaden even after the sale was made, they were there for me and kept up with my equipment purchases to make sure it’s good and have no problems at all but I explained to them we were close for a week due to the weather and they still insisted on calling back to insure the sales and I as a customer you can count on me coming back to there establishments
Initially, I received a subpar motor, and they offered to send a replacement. Now, they've informed me that they'll refund my money since they can't provide what I need. That's acceptable, as I was considering other options anyway. However, they have been friendly and reasonable throughout the process. I'm satisfied with their service.
I ordered an engine for a 1996 Jeep Cherokee from this company in April, 2025. Was told it came with all accessories and even paid extra for the wiring harness and ECU. The engine arrived without any accessories and was missing the wiring harness and ECU. After 3 months of broken promises, was told they could not get the ECU. I asked for an extension if the warranty since it had expired while I was waiting for the rest of the parts. The company refused!!! They gave me a small refund which wouldn't cover 1/2 the cost of the ECU and was told they would not provide the accessories they told me came with the engine. Then in October, 2025 I received a letter from the freight company they hired to deliver the engine, stating the bill was never paid and they were starting legal action against me for the cost of delivery. I paid Tagore $350 extra to cover delivery when i ordered it in April!!!Tagore representatives have given me the run around, lied to me from day one, refused to honor their quote to me, and now have left me with paying AGAIN for the shipping.
