Go with anyone but them!

It's very hard to get anyone that speaks English on the phone. I'm pretty sure almost the entire company is over in India. They locked my card even though the payment was made. They said it would take 3 to 5 days unless I gave them a double payment with a debit card. I do not recommend this company at all!
