AtoB has been wonderful for our small fleet. The discounts have been AMAZING! Our drivers use the app to find discounted fuel and even have started a competition with our other drivers to see who can get fuel the cheapest. My AtoB representative, Garland, and his associates have worked alongside our company to come up with solutions that are unique to the needs of our small business and hopefully others in the industry as well. They have listened to concerns and requests and worked with us to make using this fuel card great. In our opinion, they are hands down better than WEX, Pilot or other fuel cards we have used. I have read through the reviews given here and some of the negative reviews as well. As this company grows and evolves, I have found that some of the negative comments listed here have been rectified by the company in their attempt to make their product better than competitors. I would urge others to develop a relationship with their account rep as this has made a huge difference for us. I prefer this over a company where you never get to speak to the same person twice. Overall, I can say that I am very pleased with AtoB and will be sticking with them as they grow.
my company K trans Corp had credit line of $16000 dollars and because of one missed payment that they got few days later $18000 dollars my credit line was removed after working with them for over 6 months. Thank you to atob they opened other windows of similar companies that have fuel cards gave me better discounts and privileges.
IT WAS EASY TO QUALIFY FOR AND RECEIVED THE CARD IN 7 DAYS EXACTLY. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY OFFER TIPS ON HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THE PROGRAM AND THEY REPORT TIMELY TO EXPERIAN BUSINESS RECEIVED MY CARD ON MARCH 3 AND IT WAS REPORTED ON ARIL 10 ALSO I LIKE THAT YOU CAN USE THE CARD NOT JUST FOR GAS BUT MAINTENANCE AND CONVINCE STORE. IT IS EASY TO KEEP TRACK OF DRIVERS AND THEIR USAGE SET LIMITS ALL FROM YOUR DASH BOARD HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

I have been paid for my job. The funds get sent to AtoB with this company. My funds are in my AtoB account. AtoB will not let me access the funds. I called a week ago they said they will be calling back in 24 hours. They obviously have not. I have called a total of 14 times since. Each time I get sent to a call center, each time they read me the same script. “We have escalated your concern to management they will reach out sometime in the future” They have 2000$ of my money sitting in their app unusable. They refuse to help.
