Should be a zero!!! Been with them for over 2 years never missed a payment. Had my debit link to it and it expired the day before it was processed. They stop my account removed 1200 credit from my credit limit and now deactivated my account. I didn’t even use the card for fuel.. more a maintenance card for my drivers. Now they want a 30 cent fuel charge from me to reactivate it for 4 weeks. Good starter card but not long periods. Pilots what I partner up with. Almost 2 dollars off a gallon
If I could give this company a zero star, I would. I have been with them for 2 years, always paying on time. Last week I had bank issues where the funds were not available for the bill. I paid them the amount due with a personal card ,then attempted to log in and they said I can no be granted credit. I would have to pre-pay. So because the drivers needed fuel, I decided to set up the pre-paid account and they took the additonal money from the pre-paid account as well. For a total of $4200 in 3 days. This should be against the law. Seems like theft to me.
