Great company, slow shipping

I really only buy lookah seahorse coils from this site, but I love the prices and they mystery accessory option. However, the shipping is not great. My latest order was 2 days late (making 9 days in transit), and took 3 business days to actually be shipped once I ordered.

Customer Service is Top Notch

There was a mistake made with my order. I sent an email on a day the business is closed and received and answered pretty quickly that day! Anyways long story short, they did everything they could to fix it as quickly as possible and I was left happy 😁
