Review Time
Ordered online, 2 new tyres for my car and chose the date and time for fitting. The depot was John Street, Bury and the fitting appointment time was 8.30am. I arrived at 8.25am, my car was driven in at 8.30am and I was driving away at 8.40am with a big smile on my face with 2 new tyres fitted. 10 minutes and I was on my way. Top class, friendly service which I would highly recommend
Always a brilliant service from ATS Pembroke . The staff are polite, friendly , efficient, trustworthy, professional and go above and beyond to help and offer good reliable advice . They sorted my service and MOT out today in record time as I needed my car later than afternoon to visit my sick husband in Hospital. Thankyou for another great service. Happy to recommend.
Go to Bush Tyres instead. Plus ATS ignore your complaint or queries. Hence why I am posting on here.
They didn’t start the job anywhere near on time. The waiting room was freezing cold and at the time it was minus temperatures outside. No ability to get a hot drink or any readily material. This was available at Bush. 2 staff working and 6 cars in the workshops, not including mine. Far too many cars in the which means ATS need to sort out the online booking system. I booked a slot online and paid in advance expecting to start on time not 30 minutes+ later. Had I not paid in advance I would have left considering I drove 30 minutes to get here as well. That was by far the quickest alignment I have ever had done and this was my 4th. The car was on the ramp for less than 15 minutes. I didn’t even get a before and after print out like I did at Bush so I don’t know how much the camber, toe and caster they adjusted on each wheel. The ATS website says that I should get a copy. I asked the service guy about the misalignment and he bluffed his answers. How do I know that? Firstly I’m an ex mechanic and also the follow on free service report that I got by email 2 days later gave a before of -3.5 and after of 0.5. That is not evidence of the full adjustments made on each corner an was different to what he told me when I asked him. This service report also said my tyres had 6mm of depth. I’d sure be happy if they had that much left. They didn’t even put a seat cover on my seat and got in my car in dirty clothes.
I dont think I will never be using ATS again. If I had paid by credit card I’d be looking for a charge back as I want a refund. On a final note the guy that did it apologised when I arrived and said he was behind. After waiting 25 minutes I ask for an update because I had plans. It wasn’t until after I complained about the wait the car got done. The service guy also apologised afterwards for the delay and said he was down a member of staff. I appreciate that and people do go sick but given all the other issues I feel that I didn’t get my £80 worth and me being penalised through no fault of my own isn’t acceptable.
I just got a better service using other service centres and had the confidence that the job got done correctly.
Not all customers will feel the same and I hope they get a better experience than I did.
I visited to check the price for two new tyres for my vehicle, and was greeted warmly. They offered a competitive price for my tyres, and I could schedule an appointment that worked for my shift schedule. On the day of my appointment, I finished early and called to see if I could come in sooner, which they accommodated with a smile. I was informed that two other tyres would need replacing in the future, so I'll return on payday to have those taken care of. Highly recommended!
Once again, the service team promptly identified an issue that other mechanics overlooked. What started as a diagnostic appointment turned into a quick fix just two hours later. I only had to wait 40 minutes, and then I was back on the road. Everything was clearly explained, and they even showed me the old part and its failure. I’m very pleased. Thank you to the mechanic for the great work.
I recently contacted the service to have a tyre inspected, as I suspected a slow puncture. I was pleased to secure an appointment a few days in advance, which eased my worries about the tyre. On the scheduled day, the tyre was examined and repaired, and the pressure for all tyres was checked, all within the expected time frame. The company is consistently efficient and offers reasonable prices. I'm grateful to have this service so conveniently located!
