Sham is a really friendly, knowledgeable and professional bloke. He kept me updated throughout the process and the price was very fair for the service offered. The upgrade (wireless Apple CarPlay in my 2009 e61 BMW) completely upgrading the interior which was starting to look and feel tired being stuck on CIC system. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.
Paid over £500 on Wednesday for a apple car play and reverse camera + fitting, before buying I confirmed multiple times via WhatsApp with the seller to fit for Saturday (27/12/25) on the Friday night I double confirmed with him for Saturday morning 9am.Anyways Saturday came, messaged them at 8 to confirm for 9 for the third time, no reply.Messaged at 9am the time of fitting. No reply.Messaged 9:30 no reply. Messaged 10am no reply. Messaged at 11am no reply. Messaged at 11:30am and finally got a reply saying they don’t have parts and he was apparently in hospital. The usual stuff everyone hears when they can’t deliver. Super unreliable company.Incredibly difficult to contact.Seems like a lot of other customers got great service but unfortunately for me it was unbelievably difficult.They processed the refund as soon as I told them to which is the only good thing that came out of it.Again they’re probably a decent company and I had a awful experience.
Lame customer services, lame response times, lame responses. Lame excuses. A lame excuse for a 3rd party service. When it works it works but god forbid you need assistance.. I have had responses spaces out over 3 months and currently awaiting a response since February just to get the unit removed.Save your sanity, go to Halfords 😅 businesses like this shoot themselves in the foot.Clear issue with the uint/units sent to me. I have a barebones car from the factory this system has messed up my head-unit in ways I couldn’t imagine. Should have stuck to AUX.Only awaiting a response to have the unit removed after being blamed it is my car, 100% wouldn’t happen elsewhere. They have left no room for understanding based on the wait time. I feel like a burden rather than a customer.. joke
I was sceptical at first when i hadn’t met anyone and was asked to pay for the parts in advance but i did. I booked, paid and was kept up to date with everything up to and including on the date of installation and let me say i regret nothing. It took 20 minutes for me as he is so experienced and knowledgeable in what he does. Not a single issue and was assured of everything. Could not recommend enough
