They forced me to give them a star and I did not want to, I noticed today July 12, 2025 that there is a violation of banking law and a lie from this company, today I found that the British pound for the United Kingdom (1) is equivalent to (3.885) in Tunisian dinars, while when I transfer the currency with my phone to my account in Tunisia and with the same British pound it is equivalent to (3.67) in Tunisian dinars of course, is there an answer or thank you, personally and my interpretation is that it is theft, what do you think?
I visited the branch to resolve an issue with a duplicate charge on my account. Despite having all necessary documentation, I was made to wait for over an hour without any clear communication. When I was finally seen, the representative I spoke with appeared dismissive and unwilling to assist. I was told the issue would be escalated, but I have received no follow-up, and the incorrect charge remains on my account.This experience has been both frustrating and inconvenient. I rely on Attijariwafa bank for professional banking services, and this situation has caused unnecessary stress and impacted my financial planning. I also attempted to contact customer support through your helpline on 29.05.2025, but the issue was not resolved.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Moroccan bank. The service was terrible, and the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They refused to allow me to transfer or withdraw my money, which is unacceptable. I do not recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable and respectful banking services.
