Review Time
SO I was shopping around for fairings for my 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250r, and was in contact with Auctmarts.com's customer support through email to clarify things. They first told me custom designs are the same cost, and urged me for a payment. Okay, sure, it's a business, but I had more questions. Out of nowhere a different guy is replying saying it's now $150USD more and their colleague didn't know what they were talking about. The entire reason I went to them is I read online they don't charge extra for a customized fairing, sounded like a great deal, and they confirmed that's how it worked until this "MC" guy comes in. I said that's a red-flag as the past 9-10 emails, it was agreed there was no increase in price. And they got REALLY defensive. Like to the point they called me a scammer, because I said it was a red-flag they're jacking the price up like that after confirming it wouldn't be. Apparently the picture I sent which loads fine for me wasn't loading properly for them, and because of that, I was scamming them. I cannot attach an image, so I'll copy paste their last email to me. "Because the screen shot that you provide was too small. My colleague though that's a normal graphic. I think you want to scam us with small picture.What do you get scammed? You still haven't make any payment for fairing kit? You are so god damn funny.regardsmc"Keep in mind, I had sent the link to the image, and wanted clarification on how their process works as there's ALOT of complaints regarding this company. But as soon as you bring up any red-flags they have, they turn it against you and blame you. All of the sudden I'm a scammer. The customer, who would be paying, is the scammer, and they call me funny? This company's customer service alone is a joke, the fairings take forever to arrive, and there's numerous pictures online of overspray and sloppy handwork online. Kind of glad they pulled this, as it just made me decide to go with Monster Fairings. Never trust a company that can't answer honest questions without getting defensive. There's always a reason they get defensive.

We useed the website Support because we needed a set of farrings for a PC37 in a different colour which they didn't had on there list shown. Support was very useful. After about 3 weeks we received a picture the the final painting. Around 3 weeks later we had the huge package in front of us. Their also send us all stickers. (we didnt wanted to have them painted on because of customs check) the fitting was okay I would say. We needed to do some modifications. On a scale would give the fitting a 6/10. Support, painting, shipping 10/10. Recommendation 8/10.

I ordered some Fairings from this site and it has been 3 Weeks…No email with tracking number or ETA. I emailed and called this company several times and kept getting a response sorry we are delayed due to the “Holidays” (It was February)…Figured it was a holiday I may not have been familiar for that country or person. I allowed another week (3rd week) still nothing…Called and spoke to someone to who pretended he was making note of my order and stated he would email me with Tracking # and an ETA of arrival…So I Waited, and after a few days….Not a word…Turned off Autopsy on PayPal and created a Claim to dispute the charge…Luckily no payment was made from my account…**I do not recommend Auctmarts at all

Pretty disappointed. First thing I noticed was that my windscreen was completely scratched up by the time I got it and didn’t fit correctly when I got to that point. Screws were missing, and other parts were scratched up. Faring did not align the way they were supposed to, and now I have parts that are buckling. I also didn’t get one of my parts. They did get the paint color correct, but all I see is how it didn’t fit together correctly. Spend the money and get top-of-the-line. I’m gonna be going online and ordering a whole new kit at twice the cost now.
