Review Time
I ordered a custom painted fairing kit for my 2006 Suzuki gsx1300r on May 17, 2023. I was told it would take 4 weeks. On June 23, after I reached out, I was told the final coating was being applied". On July 6, I was told there was an issue with the glitter paint and they needed a special tool and another $250 more than what I paid. I mentioned that they told me it was just about done and now they're telling me they haven't even started because they couldnt spray the paint. Fast forward to August 23, I threatened to file a dispute. August 29, sent me pictures of my fairings about halfway painted. October 11, sent me pictures of the completed job. I mentioned that the seat cowl was wrong and there was no tank cover in the picture. They said they would fix the cowl. They never mentioned the tank cover. They said it would take 1 more week. I've messaged them 3 more times since then and they keep saying "1 more week". December 8, 2023 I filed my dispute with PayPal and wrote this review. I still haven't received my fairings, they're still not done fixing the cowl, just terrible experience all around.Save your money, go somewhere else. I will update this if I ever get my fairings. No matter how good, or bad, they turn out, I've been lied to blatantly for 6 months. And I have explicitly called them out on it. They really don't care.
Purchased a fairing for my 2011 ZX10R and product was shipped to Canada within a month. Fitment was perfect! Paint finish was very good as well! Would definitely purchase another fairing from them. They included a Black Windscreen with a heat shield, bolt set, and a tank pad.

I have ordered there 3 times already. This time was the fourth time.The first fairing was really a super quality and workmanship. The second fairing was of the processing no longer so convincing.(Lacknasen, pimples, etc.)The third was for a friend, the same as the second and the fit was not so good, gaps were huge!I have now ordered a fourth had with a transport insurance.Everything is fine so far, very cooperative. However, no longer as friendly as it was then.Now we come to my experience. I have had to determine a transport damage on delivery of the package. I immediately reported this to auctmarts, since I had taken out "transport insurance" and assumed that we would come to a solution. The answer was, "You can touch it up with a paint pen and it will no longer be visible". I thought I was not reading correctly. I then asked what the transport insurance was for, no response. They offered meRidiculous 45 USD to repair the damage. I ordered a fairing there to have a new and undamaged fairing mounted on the bike. I am disappointed beyond measure, although I had a good experience in the past (the first fairing was 2018/2019).

I’m only writing this review because I’m a customer of auctmarts. My review is solely based on the fact that I payed full price for one of the hayabusa fairing kits the full black kit. It came in with no issues but my problem is that it didn’t come with the bolts. Without the auctmart bolts you cannot put the fairings together. The stock bolts won’t fit and I emailed them with no response and tried to buy an extra bolt kit but there were none available. So at this point I’m at a loss idk what to do here.
