Review Time
What went wrong this time? I wouldn't expect you to start like that. My order took over a month too even get them to send picture of paint and then when they finally did that I had cancelled my order then when they sent me a picture of paint after I already cancelled once they send me tracking number after cancelled a second time they took it upon themselves to send it anyway my signature is not on it they lost them now I'm out my plastics and $600 and I wouldn't have even put one star but I had to or I couldn't put anything and all that after I paid $25 for insurance on my package
So I ordered a fairing set for my bike, it was in a colour scheme that wasn't listed on the website so had to contact them to make the order. Spoke to them by email asked if they could do what I wanted and they said yes, I also asked them to ensure the fairings were left to cure for a day or two extra as I had read reviews stating they had been packaged too soon which had left marks in the paintwork. They agreed, told me the time to make would be 2 weeks. So I gave the order the go-ahead. At this point I told them the delivery address. They acknowledged that and told me that they would send a request for payment through paypal. I made the payment through paypal and the order was under way. About a week in, I asked for the paint code they would be using, so that I could have the tank painted to match exactly. They responded that they don't use codes and simply mix the paint themselves. Effectively guess work. Not the end of the world, would just mean I'd have to wait for the fairings to arrive to paint the tank. Another week went by and I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up and was told it would still be another week. A week went by and I was told I would be sent photos on an exact date (which was about 4 days later). 5 days later, still nothing so I sent an email again to see what was going on. This time no one even bothered to respond for about a week and when they finally did, they told me it would still be another week. It was at this stage that I really started to get annoyed. mostly at being lied to constantly. I told them as such and told them that I was just about ready to file a dispute with PayPal.... Coincidentally, they were suddenly done that same day and they sent a photo. Weird, but I naively thought great! And asked for the tracking details in a few days when they would be sent. They told me that the fairings still had to go through checks for quality control and asked me to be patient. So I was. about 10 days later I emailed again, asking if they had been sent yet and didn't receive a response for about 3 days, at which point they told me they would be sent in a few more days. A few days later they emailed saying they'd been sent, so I asked for the tracking details, They told me they don't have them and wouldn't get them for a few more days.... strange, but okay. 5 days later they finally sent me the tracking details, I looked it up and instantly noticed that they had sent it to the wrong country. The correct address, just the wrong country. I went back and checked the email I had sent them with the delivery address and sure enough, the address was correct. I emailed them asking them to call UPS and sort it out. I didnt hear back for nearly 2 days, at which time they told me it was my fault, and that I needed to send someone to the address in this different country to pickup the package...? Seriously What The Fudge? About 5 emails back and fourth with them blaming me for this and nothing from them saying they'd actually called UPS to sort it. I have tried contacting UPS AUS, UPS NZ, UPS International, and none of them were able to do anything, all saying that the shipper needed to call to make the change. So right now, I'm out of pocket a grand AU, with my fairings in limbo in Auckland, NZ. While I'm in Brisbane, AU. Auctmart, playing acting like a street kid selling burnt DVD's out the back of car, rather than an actual business. I've raised a dispute with PayPal. But I've never had to do that before so I don't know whether I should hold my breath. And even if it does get sorted, I can't imagine that it will be a quick process. Honestly, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Upon receiving the fairings and opening the box, I noticed several issues, including: missing/misplaced decals, peeling decals, terribly cut decals, aswell as paint blemishes/damage. Calling the company for help led no where as they said it was normal quality and I can't expect them to be perfect and got offered a 50$ refund which wasn't received. Now 2 months later, even more decals are peeling and looks like absulute trash. The company said they would send more decals to replace there work but nothing was ever received. Stay clear of these fairings as quality and customer service is lacking.
