Being with Audio Visual Nation for 8 years has been an incredible journey. I’ve witnessed firsthand how AVN has always taken care of its staff, supporting people not only as professionals but as individuals with families and personal goals.Back in 2012, AVN was a small business born out of the passion of an audio technician. Fast forward to 2025, it has grown into a structured, nationwide, family-oriented company. The growth is remarkable, not just in size, but in heart. The culture of AVN has remained focused on people, ensuring that staff/crew are valued, supported, and given opportunities to thrive, while building a true sense of community within the industry.
AVN has been an integral part of my growth and work experience, given we encounter a variety of events, and speak with people connected to these shows. More than two years of working with AVN has taught me a lot, and I plan to stay with these people who I can family.

As an independent contractor, I have the outstanding ability to pick and choose which companies I will work for. Audio Visual Nation without a doubt is one of the best to work for. Every person on the show is made to feel appreciated and is treated with respect. Teamwork is always present and anyone that is not willing to be on a team will be asked to leave. The company is very well structured and highly efficient. It’s always a great day when you go to work, make a good rate and have a great time doing it!
