Completely fraudulent experience.

This is completely fraudulent. They promoted imitation eye pillows that were supposed to be genuine. I placed my order on December 8th for Christmas, but they didn't arrive until December 28th. They were not packaged as described and lacked any branding, arriving in simple bags instead. The quality is terrible. I've reached out to the support team multiple times about a return, but received no reply, and now their website has disappeared. This is a total scam.
