Review Time
This is the 3rd time I have ordered from them. First time back in September went fine. This last order. January 11. It was supposed to be 4 day shipping. I stillHave nothing. And no news when I might get what I purchased. 2 Valentine bandanas. Kind of seems like a waste now! They will never get another dollar from me!!!!
I would give this a zero star if I could. Having alot of issues like other customers it seems. Ordered on December 4th, product never "shipped" till the 16th almost 2 weeks later and now on December 30th 2021 the post office has not received my order to be sent to me! I have emailed them multiple times and no response. I got an email from them on the 24th about late orders and they were sorry and they should be delivered the following week. And that they were sending a 35 dollar gift card via email. Still don't have my package, no response to my countless emails, no 35 dollar gift card they said about. Tracking information still says USPS is still waiting for the package. I'm annoyed and frustrated like the rest of everyone. Horrible way to run a business. I wouldn't even be that mad if they would just communicate.
Same issues as many others.Ordered several items Nov 24th. Received order confirmation and shipping info right away, however USPS claims they did not receive the package until December 22nd. It is now December 27th and I still don't have my order and don't have an ETA.I have emailed Crooked Coyote at least two times about this, trying to figure out the status of my order and have not received a response. Their website 12/1/21 update states they aren't having any issues and orders should be processed within a week and arrive on time. They also have a holiday delivery guarantee, which was not fulfilled but I have no information on what the company is going to do to make this right.
Not impressed with customer service. I’ve reached out total of 4 times from email to Insta messaging and no response back (plus, no phone number to call). When it lists 4 day shipping, but only a confirmation email and it’s been a week since purchased 10 bandannas. It would be much appreciated to be able to reach someone in customer service to help you.I was looking very forward to have more matching bandannas for my boys, but at this point not impressed as have no idea if will even see my order, or how to even get refund if no one responses.
