So far I got 5 orders from them and I managed to find amazing pieces of great quality by using their filters. I was honestly shocked by the reduced prices after using the different promo codes they have available during different periods of time. 100% cotton sweaters from reputable brands, in great condition, at the price of 25-35 RON (5-7€) each piece? That's insane to me because second-hand or vintage, both physical and online stores in my city have high prices for pieces that are quality and from expensive brands. I was used to Vinted, where people started upping their prices for everything. And Remix really managed to be a great competitor, in my opinion.

I've seen people here complaining about items that presented defects, which were labeled as being in excellent condition. From the total of 20 items that I got so far, all of them labeled as either excellent condition or brand new, only one of them had 2 stains that almost faded away after a single wash. And another one had some sections where the material got pilled. Both "issues" were easily fixable.

The thing with second-hand clothes is that, after some digging and using special promo codes available, you can get like 5 items or even 10 items at the price of a brand-new one. Yes, they were preworn and there might be some signs of that. That's the compromise, the "price" you have to pay for owning quality pieces without spending a fortune on a single item.

If you are into second-hand, you sort of need to get along with the idea that what you get might not be perfect. And for the service and items provided, honestly, I think they are allowed to sometimes make the mistake of not noticing a stain and labeling the piece wrong. The amount of clothes they have in their deposits is probably insanely high; looking through all of those must take forever. Sometimes we really need to stop expecting full-on greatness, especially from businesses that are having a great social impact.

I am a customer since the site exists, but lately i am afraid to buy since the products marked as 'excellent' have visible use deterioration and even the ones marked as 'new, with label' have flaws: holes, scratches, deterioration of the fabrics. Not to mention the prices are very high for what they are selling, the clothes smell of old and are all wrinkled. It has become a gamble to buy from remix, and in most times, a losing one.

Very dissapointing

Very dissapointing! I decided to take the offer to sell my clothes on their shop. Al went well until I had to receive my money. It appears your money go to a virtual walet, which you can use to buy on the webpage. However, I want to get my money paid to my bank account. I requested that but didn't get it approved even though all requirements are followed. I contacted the support but it was of no help telling me to use the phone from my last purchase while I speak of selling. So you can sell and the only thing you can do to use your money is to spend them on Remix? This is not acceptable and misleading.
