Quite possibly the worst company I’ve ordered from !Ordered on the 10/10/25 arrived 24/11/25.Sizing was shocking so requested a return address straight away (24th) its now the 10/12/25 and they still wont issue an address so i can return and get a refund…Company appears to be some sort of scam 😡
This is a SCAM... Do not be fooled into thinking this is a legitimate company. I ordered jeans at the start of November, and they still haven't arrived. I wish I had checked reviews before making the purchase. I contacted customer service multiple times, but received no reply or only a generic automated apology. AVOID!
Order never arrived. Very sporadic customer services responses promising the world but delivering nothing. I ended up having to raise a dispute via my credit card provider and then I received a refund. Grateful I ordered via my credit card! The actual website falsifies trust pilot reviews as well. Warning to all - DO NOT USE THIS SITE
Do not buy from this company it is a total and utrer scam!! Ive waited over a month for a pair of jeans, promised refunds which never materialised then told id get a replacement, i dont want a replacement i want my £45 back!!! Cant believe i fell for this, i have reported this company for fraud and put in a claim to receive my money back
