Disappointing Experience with the Bag

I ordered a black and blue bag that was supposed to be made of chenille carpet. However, when it arrived, it turned out to be made of cheap plastic! When I requested a return, I was offered just 15% back, which is only $6, or a code for 40% off my next purchase. There's no way I will spend any more money with them! I strongly advise against buying from this company, especially since they advertise heavily on social media. Stay away!

Misleading Product Description
