If I could give zero stars, I would. This is definitely a scam. I ordered a green velvet bag and received a small plastic bag with a poor imitation of the pattern. Don't be fooled by online advertisements. I usually read reviews, and after ordering, I felt I made a mistake, which I definitely did. Stay away from these people.
MIGHT AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE NEAREST TOILET! I ordered, what I thought, and was shown, as a beautiful, cut-velvet, green, “weekend bag.” Uh huh. What I received was this hideous, plastic bag with the design simply screen printed on. And to top it off~ the smell was soooooo BAD ( and what I can only assume to be super toxic ) I just threw it out. Total waste of time and money… along with a hit to my self esteem because I thought I was more savvy than to fall for such a fraudulent, scammy, company!!STAY FAR AWAY!!!!
Pure scam to say the least. For one took forever to get but they did respond to emails. The bag was not soft velvet green material. It was pure chemical smelling plastic with a screen print of the design. So sad this is the world you live in that you can’t trust anything. Not even for a purse!
I ordered a velvet weekender bag that looked gorgeous. I was very excited to receive this, and when it was finally delivered it was not the velvet carpet material it was described as, but a smooth rubber type material. If I could give 0 stars I would. Of course their website doesn’t have a review section to actually give feedback to them directly.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! On Monday, Nov 10th, the tracking stated my package was still in transit. Now I checked tracking on Friday, Nov 14, the tracking said the package was delivered a week ago Nov 7th. Fake tracking information. Company would not respond to my e-mail about my package!!!
This company deserves no stars complete Scam and customer service is horrible. The employee at the company decided to change my shipping address and mail my package to themselves or a friend. When I provided proof that the item was not sent to the address I provided them, they stopped providing to my emails.
