I went to Mæxico with a delegation of business partners, and expected fresh food and exciting tasteful interior design - was though left utterly disappointed.Food was very disappointing for the price point (all you can menu for 14 persons): no special surprises, very bare; starters not very tasty; salad was old; spoons didn't fit to the containers and the containers fell; drinks contained almost no alcohol and were quite boring.Atmosphere in the "special" room we got was pretty lame, with 30 kr party lights in the corner. Everything felt cheap and in no relation to the price point.The evening before we went to Seaside Toldboden and got a dinner experience full of variation, fresh tasteful food, stylish surroundings at the same price point.The place is okay if you don't expect much, and if you buy something cheaper. But the "All you can tacos and drinks"-menu for 399 kr per person is definitely a rip-off.I wrote to the restaurant afterwards to share my experience, and got a reply stating that they can't understand my experienced, and asked me to elaborate. I've sent a longer email describing everything in detail, and didn't even get an answer on that.Very disappointing experience.
We visited the restaurant at Nørrebro, and were not satisfied at all!I was straight away completely dissatisfied with my experienceFirst of all it could have been more clear that you could not get the all you can eat offer if you only book for 1.5 hrTo clarify this makes no sense since you guys have a 1.5 hr option on both the booking and the all you can eat offerYou also have a 2 hr booking and 2 hr all you can eat so I do not get the logic of thisSecond of all there were completely no sense of service in the restaurant, we experienced asking for 5 pitchers that never came to our table, and some of the ones we got took 45-50 minutes to make. This is not satisfying when you only have 1.5 hr table bookingAlso the personnel was completely arrogant and seemed like they really did not care for us
(Edit: They have now answered me and promised to refund the money plus a generous free meal should I use them again.)I booked delivery for 9pm. At 9.20 nothing has yet arrived. We call the restaurant and they tell us, the delivery company they are using has not showed up, but we can instead pick up (apparently they didn't consider calling us themselves when they found out). That was not possible for us, so we ask for a refund.Three days later they charge the credit card - without the payment for delivery, so they clearly had to time to make a change to the bill.They responded four days later with an excuse and Promised to refund and give a free meal next time.
