Great packaging and shipping, but product harmed my daughter's skin

The packaging and shipping were impressive, but unfortunately, the product severely affected my daughter's skin barrier. I've had to advise her against using it, as it caused red bumps and irritation on her cheeks. It took several days for her skin to recover. She's quite disappointed since she had requested many of these products for the holiday.
