Just settled on our third APS deal, all in less than one year! The APS strategy works and we've already been able to pull all our initial capital back out through equity gained in the first two deals. Already in the process of getting properties 4 & 5 pre approved and to deliver our first granny build. All this in under one year. Can't wait to see what the next 6 months delivers!
