We’ve just settled on our second IP with APS. The whole process from our discovery call to now has been incredible. The whole team structure at APS help you throughout the whole process. It’d be borderline impossible to do what this team does by yourself. And to add onto all the assistance and guiding APS provide, the education you learn from SOP and the process really does take you to a whole other level. We may have only started in our journey but now we have a clear strategy on our way to financial freedom.
I guess like others we stumbled onto the Scouting Australia podcast after a recommendation from a friend. Next thing you know we had the APS membership, SOP access, the right structure, two pre-approvals, and have just settled on the first deal. It’s honestly great to have the one stop shop where the strategist/accountant/broker etc etc are all working on the same page and it legitimately takes all of the stress off us. Can’t wait to get the next one now!
I bought 2 properties now with APS, first property was in WA which I will say has done well, however I waited almost 8 months from when I signed up with APS again, till they presented me with a property and this was after multiple follow up emails.Sam recently had a guy on his podcast who said he purchased 12 properties in 12 months which shocked me I had to wait so long.. just to add my price range was between 500-600 thousand range which should standard be a standard range to source a deal.Once an APS buyers agents source you a property you are then passed onto the agents secreatary from this point onwards( who i will say are usually very helpfull)As a honest feedback review these guys are good at what they do, but seem to take on to many clients and are notoriously hard to get into contact with. Most other buyers agencies are looking and buying in the exact same areas as APS, and APS fees are more expensive.
We just settled on our first deal with APS. We walked into equity day one, and the process as a whole was one of the smoothest experiences we have ever had. We came from a different buyers agent who just didn’t align with our goals and didn’t put in the effort that we needed. APS was the complete opposite. Every team member we interacted with treated us like we were their top priority. Every question we had and every concern we brought forward they handled straight away. We are so happy with the property and can’t wait to do another deal with the team. The service is levels above anything else we’ve seen and the market knowledge the APS has is incredible. We were set up with top level vendors and hand held through the entire process. Super keen to do another deal with. APS and couldn’t recommend them more. Get amongst it!!!
