I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I ordered the Maxicom MK906BT. it arrived 2 days later to the midlands where i live. Yes the seller is based in China and nowhere on his website does he claim otherwise. The products are dispatched from the Uk as stated and are original products not clones. I am very happy with the MK906BT its a great bit of kit. The only bad side is if it does go wrong then yes i would have to send it back to china to be repaired but considering i got this at a fraction of the cost of what UK retailers are asking i am not complaining at all. I have used this on 2 vehicles already and had no issues, i have downloaded all updates with no issues and registered the device also with no issues. if asking for support on the device you must take into account that the seller is in a completely different timezone so replies will be out of hours for UK times, But the seller is responsive during there working hours

This is not a company based in the UK but in china and these are grey imports if not counterfeit. Beware. So not covered under a UK warranty.

DO NOT BUY FROM Autelstore.co.uk

Autelstore.co.uk is selling genuine autel equipment that is NOT compatible with the UK market. It is known as a 'Grey import' and can only perform basic functions like read DTC's and clear them. It will NOT code any vehicles such as battery, injector or even perform dpf regeneration as it is only for the Asian/USA/Canadian markets. If you purchase ANY autel diagnostic tool from autelstore.co.uk, it is NOT compatible for the UK and is NOT eligible for updates or repairs by any UK dealer. If it has the prefix 'MT' before the model number it is a grey import! All UK models are prefixed with 'MX'. Autelstore.co.uk states that it ships from Barnstable UK, which is actually where the UK head office is. However, the return address is slightly different. DO NOT RETURN any grey import to the return address "Barnstable". This is not the PayPal address of the sender and you will not get your refund. The return address is Shenzhen, China, where they will refuse to pay there own import taxes and send the package back to the sender. ONLY use PayPal for your return package and you will receive your refund. The Amazon and eBay market places are flooded with these 'grey imports' of the autelstore.co.uk items and do not state that they are not compatible for all functions in the UK. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!! Please please avoid.
