Review Time
Starting this off with this was truly the worst experience to save you time. Don’t use these crooks. If you’d like to know why please read on to save you time and money.
My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Italy and were on the trip to see Tuscany and Pisa. We were supposed to be picked up at 9:45 am but Luigi, the operator, showed up 20mins late for our 50min drive to Vinci. When we arrived in Vinci at 11:30am, he told us we had an hour but not really and it’d be better to get back sooner before 12:30pm. While in the city, it was a very rainy day and everything was closed so we were fine with leaving early. We returned to the car at 12:15pm to leave. After we rushed the viewing of the city to make it to our next stop at a winery for wine tasting (the main reason we chose the tour), we had a flat tire in between cities at approximately 12:35pm. Our driver called for help and was not given a time on when they could come pick us up. Our driver didn’t recommend walking back to Vinci because there wasn’t a sidewalk and cars driver very fast and it was pouring rain. I received my first call from the company at 1:15pm saying “the boss” was coming but not given a time. At 2:43pm I received a call saying that it would be another hour before someone could come and to walk back to Vinci in the rain on the street to a restaurant for a free meal. Obviously in a foreign country my wife’s safety is paramount and I wanted to just get us back to Florence (I did not trust that if I caused issues we’d be able to get back to our hotel an hour away). So we walked 25mins in the rain up a hill with no sidewalk dodging cars all the way. Communication was terrible, the free meal was two small plates and 1 glass of wine for 2 people (math isn’t mathing). When the car was fixed and we were picked up I requested to go back to Florence to end the ordeal. I was told I had to message them saying I wanted to end the tour (clearly so the could refuse a refund). Our travel agent has tried to resolve this but they are lying about the timeline which is why I’ve listed times. To this company you can keep the refund, clearly you need the money more than me and I doubt you’ll be in business long so I hope you make it stretch. Arrivederci
After several days of hearing about Tuscany, pecorino cheese, Chianti and so much more in Florence, it was incredible to actually see so much of that firsthand during this wine tour. Full disclosure the wine tour said we’d have 8 wines and pretty sure we ended with 14, and that’s not a complaint. Really loved this. San Gimignano was the highlight of this trip, felt like we were in a Time Machine to a town that had frozen 700 years ago. Just hard to explain or even comprehend.

Giovanni, our tour guide in Campania, which included visits to Naples, Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri, Positano and Amalfi, was excellent in all aspects. I felt Giovanni went above and beyond for our group. His was very knowledgeable on each excursion and shared a lot of information and advice that made it easy to plan and achieve what we wanted to individually and as a group on each excursion. He showed us a lot of lovely local spots and hidden gems that really enhanced my experience of that region. He really stood out as a tour guide after spending 2 weeks in Italy and having met a lot of great tour guides in that time.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Italy. Everything was perfectly arranged. All your guides were extremely well informed and had lot of patience dealing with the senior citizens of the group. Even the manager handling our tour Mr. Emanuele was extremely friendly and came all the way to meet us which was such a great gesture on his part. All in all we had a great experience. Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful memories to carry with us.

Valentina expertly outlined our itinerary, helping us understand the duration of each stop while also suggesting enjoyable activities at every location. We especially appreciated her company in person at major destinations like Siena and Montepulciano; her insights allowed us to achieve so much more focused sightseeing than we could have managed on our own.If you're seeking a memorable way to experience Tuscany in just one day from Florence, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with the beauty of the region (across your senses - visual, olfactory, taste) and the joy of exploration!
Francesca did an amazing job showing us the sites and explaining the history while doing so. The day was packed with lots of train rides and lots of sites to see, but we never felt stressed at any point. We never would have been able to accomplish so much on our own. A very beautiful and memorable day!
