Firstly, they are not located where stated, and their editing quality is subpar. After multiple edits, I find myself doing most of the work, and the process has dragged on for six months. I had difficulty locating their published books and faced delays in receiving a list. The few books I found were poorly selling, and the reviews seem to be fabricated. I strongly advise against using their services.
