I love working with them as a broker they always have my back. All paperwork is done in such a efficient and timely manner. Their customer service is top notch I've never called them without getting it completely resolved
Total fiasco with shipper today they could not offload our truck from the trailer bcs the front tires were stuck in a position to fall off the trailer. Bidmaster said i should have provided off load equipment!!! makes no sense and if they needed that provided i should have had prior notice to arrange this. They wont issue a refund and I'm having to pay for shipping again. What a waste of time
You can't cancel or delete your profile once you created it just to view vehicles. Don't upload your photo AId like I did. You can't remove it. Once your on the hook they don't let you make a clean exit. Crooked web site and company.
