For four years, I had been using the wrong touchup paint for my vehicle, purchased from a dealership. The shipping was extremely slow, and the customer service was terrible. They held my order for days and have complicated policies that make returns and refunds nearly impossible. In my case, because they delayed my order for five days, I no longer needed the touchup kit, but they refused to refund me. They basically blamed me for ordering from them. Avoid at all costs.
