UK Customers Avoid!

I purchased a radio from Autoradioplaza back in 26th August 2025. The radio was easy to install however I was getting back feedback noise (which wasn’t there with the stock radio). When I initially inquired about the issue they took over 5 weeks after chasing 5 times to respond. My first response from the engineering team was November 6th. After some back and forth with again waiting 10+ days for responses it was agreed 17th December to return to the radio for inspection *AT MY OWN COST OF £55*. Upon their review they said “there is nothing wrong with the radio and as it’s passed the return window we can only offer a 60% refund”. I explained to them we are only passed the returns window due to the delayed responses from their engineering department. And the radio is therefore clearly not compatible with my car which they promised it would be. They are now ignoring all email correspondence so sadly I am forced to go through my credit card company who I hope can resolve the issue as I am currently £330 + £55 return shipping fees out of pocket.

I bought new autoradio with touch screen and others functions. The design is very pleasing for the interior of my car (VW Scirocco 2011), I went for the version with the buttons as I though it looks more fitting, not pushing for the bigger screen like the newer cars. The installation was quick and easy, anyone with few tools and/or access to internet could do it. For me it took around 45min with everything. There is a online manual + video which were very helpful. Every function of my car connected automatically to it (even functions I didn't know I have) Already considering buying a license plate with reverse camera as there is a connector and combability with my new autoradio as well. Hopefully it will last for rest of the lifetime of the car. Will come back for more things if I will need something else.

Price and so far quality of product. Delivery slow and installation instructions not clear even for an experienced motor engineer. Instru tions say if the plug fits it must be right, not always true

Very happy customer.

The product fitted perfectly as an aftermarket upgrade to my 2007 Audi A4. It looks like it was there from day one. The installation was very simple and only took a few minutes. Worked straight out of the box.

Bad experience

Purchased a radio in middle of August - fitted it straight away and had an issue with screen display. Mailed them about it with videos and description of issue and the only reply I got was “someone from our tech team will contact you soon” 3 weeks since that mail was sent to me and i havent heard anything - iv mailed twice since myself and no response.
